This facility is not a crèche, hence all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult, who should supervise them at all times during their visit . |

We at OurSpace have taken every precaution to make this facility safe. However accidents do happen when children play. We do not accept any liability or claim of any form if injured. |

Pens, buckles, jewellery, watches, money or sharp objects must not be taken into the play area’s by children or adults using the play equipment. |

Height and age restrictions are in force for the safety of all children, and our managers will enforce them. |
|
Personal items must be left with the responsible adult, we cannot accept liability for any theft. Locker keys are available from reception if needed. |

No food drink sweets or gum are to be taken into the play frames. |
|
Only food and drink purchased on these premises may be consumed here. |
|
If any customers are found to be ill, they may be asked to leave without a refund. |

We at OurSpace reserve the right to admission, and in the event where any person is found to be abusive to a member of staff management or patron. We reserve the right to ask that person to vacate the premises without a refund and possible refusal of admission in the future. |

In the event of a customer causing damage to any property inside or outside of our premises. We at OurSpace reserve the right to charge the customer for the said damages. |

We at OurSpace accept no liability for damage and or loss to any vehicle and or property parked on these premises. |
