Laser Fun Rules

• While you are inside the LaserFun Arena, there should be no unsportsmanlike conduct, no bad language and no physical contact.
• If you need any help during the game, stand still and yell at the top of your lung GAME MASTER and I will come and find you.
• In the unlikely event of an emergency, follow the instructions from any staff in the building. In case of fire, follow the emergency exits.
• If anyone has asthma, epilepsy, heart condition, is pregnant or has any medical condition you think we should know about, it’s not that you can’t play; it’s that we have additional information for you.

Terms & Conditions

• To secure a booking, you will need to put down a deposit £50 for a Party, £30 for a Game within three days of making the booking. Failure to do this will result in the release of the date for others to book. Deposits are non refundable.
• All bookings need to be paid for at least three days prior to the Game, minimising any potential hassles on the day. There will be no refunds given.
• You will be allocated a Games Master; they will be available to you throughout the Game and will register all the Players on arrival.
• Your reserved table will be ready for you upon arrival.
• If you have a guest with specific food or dietary needs, please let us know well in advance so we can accommodate them.
• Remember you are responsible for all your guests, so please make sure you have enough adults to adequately supervise them all.
• Please note that we provide Sandwich Platters for your adult guests that may become hungry when seeing the children's food, these are available to be pre ordered at the time of booking.
• Please be advised that parents collecting children after the game will be asked to wait in reception while the children are signed out.
• All standard Centre Rules of Play Apply!
